To manage current and future student numbers the Board of Waiopehu College has adopted a new enrolment scheme, developed by the Ministry of Education.
Under this scheme, students are entitled to enrol at Waiopehu College if they live within our designated home zone.

Home Zone enrolments:
Proof of residential address in the form of a rates demand or tenancy agreement AND a utility bill, eg; power, phone, insurance etc is required for all home zone enrolments. This must be provided in order to accept the enrolment.
Out of Zone enrolments:
Applications must be received by the due date of the relevant year level.
For Year 9, 2026 students out of zone enrolments must be received by (Date TBC)
For Year 10-13, 2026 students out of zone enrolments must be received by (Date TBC)
IMPORTANT: Please note out of zone enrolments received after these dates are unable to be considered.

For students born outside of New Zealand or are a New Zealand citizen/resident who has not resided in New Zealand, a copy of a birth certificate/citzenship certificate or passport (with visa details or New Zealand residency permit if applicable) is required.
Enrolments for the beginning of the school year.
Once the enrolment form has been completed and all required documentation is provided, a confirmation email will be sent acknowledging receipt and a time organised to come in and meet with staff to select course subjects.
